1964 to 2018 Kennedy half dollar silver coin ring. Made from United States Kennedy 50 cent piece. Prices vary per silver content and how rare/hard to get coin is. Reverse is a modified presidential seal of the Bald Eagle designed by Frank Gasparro. Obverse is left profile design of John F. Kennedy designed by Gilroy Roberts. When possible, I try to use best coin I can uncirculated, proof, deep cameo. This is for 1 ring only. You may purchase more than one.
*** Add engraving to this ring for $10. I can do one name, something very short like "♥ u Curt", or one date. Also let me know where to engrave. Inside of the ring or outside of the ring. If you do not, the engraving will be on the inside. Add ring to your cart then add engraving option to your cart.

40% 1965-70 & 1976
90% 1964, 1992-2018

0% 1971 to 1974, 1977 to 1991 NO SILVER (sorry no 1975 coin was made). Outer layer of 75% copper, 25% nickel surrounding a core of 100% copper. I think the non-silver coins look better polished. Patina sometimes turns out good and sometimes I do not think it looks great.

2 - Look of the ring, polished/shinny or patina/aged
3 - Date on the outside of the band (Kennedy side out) or date on the inside of band (eagle side out)

Whoever fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales, or lightens any of the coins coined at the mints of the United States, or any foreign coins which are by law made current or are in actual use or circulation as money within the United States; or Whoever fraudulently possesses, passes, utters, publishes, or sells, or attempts to pass, utter, publish, or sell, or brings into the United States, any such coin, knowing the same to be altered, defaced, mutilated, impaired, diminished, falsified, scaled, or lightened — Basically when you alter a coin, if it is no longer a coin anymore you're safe. If you change a quarter into a half dollar you are breaking the law.
